We will observe waterfowl adaptations that help them survive. We will investigate some of the fascinating facts that take place to help birds with migration. Time: 2 hours
Wetland Ecology and Biology Students will explore our forested wetland and discover the mysteries that make this habitat unique. Interactions between living and nonliving elements will be investigated, and water quality testing will be conducted to help the students understand the importance of this ecosystem. Time: 2 hours Bring science alive as your students get a chance to become conservation biologists. They will use the equipment and learn techniques that scientists use when studying wildlife. At the end of the day, students will get to take home field equipment so they can continue doing research at school or at home. Time: 2 hours
